Originally from Virginia, she discovered her deep connection to Latin music through lifelong friendships, travels, and immersive cultural experiences. Her journey led her across the world—from Australia to China and, most importantly, the Dominican Republic, where she fell in love with the soul-stirring rhythms of bachata.
